The hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store and various restaurants, making it easy to find food options. Guests can also enjoy a free parking spot. the staff is welcoming and accommodated the reviewer’s request for an early check-in, and the room is comfortable.
There were some issues with breakfast, as it was lacking in vegetarian options.

Good and friendly staff.
Far from the city, 4km is too far for a stroll.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel that had great facilities for sports enthusiasts. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to many shops and restaurants.
The hotel felt outdated with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and reception area. The staff were not very welcoming, and it was hard to communicate with them.

A very nice hotel with lots of tennis playgrounds. Good breakfast. Nice design at the reception. Location is not quite good for those doing a sightseeing tour, but the staff provided us with the public transport information. Though we never used it in the end as we were by car. For those travelling by car it's a very nice variant.

Spacious room in quiet location with good view of tennis courts, ample free parking and good free wi fi connection.
Bar was open but bistro not available a weekends which was not obvious when we booked. Staff happily provided cutlery etc however when we returned with takeaway pizza. Breakfast very good and well presented.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. One of the best aspects of this hotel is that it is located near good restaurants and public transportation. We also appreciated having free parking for our car.
there was no fridge or coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which would have been convenient.

First of all- this is really more of a sports centre than hotel! Second- do not go there unless you are Austrian.. Nobody from the staff is able to speak english (or they do not want to..?) we had troubles to explain to them even the most simple things. If you have your hotel on such good webside as booking- which brings you international guests, please learn to at least speak english, i would expect it is obvious..
The poorest breakfast... very unhelpfull, unprofessional staff.. since we were there for bussines I necessary needed invoice with my company name from them. They were not able to make even this for us. Big dissapointment and surely i would not come back, neather recomend to others..
